Attorney Gosia Bochenek, of Accord Law, PLLC spoke to McLean Estate Planning Council members about the Corporate Transparency Act which establishes beneficial ownership information reporting requirements for certain types of entities registered to do business in the United States. Ms. Bochenek provided a general overview of the reporting requirements and available exemptions, as well as an estate planning perspective on key aspects of the law.
