Gosia J. Bochenek
Gosia is a seasoned corporate attorney with over twenty years of legal experience, valued for her expertise, pragmatic approach to business issues, commitment, and efficiency. Her clients are a diverse group of private-sector businesses, entrepreneurs, consultants, and nonprofit organizations. Gosia’s knowledge, keen insights, and creativity help her draft agreements and develop business strategies that work for her clients and put them in the best possible position to succeed.
Gosia serves as an outside general counsel to her business clients and provides comprehensive legal advice throughout the full life cycle of their enterprises. She is an experienced contract drafter who guides clients in understanding complex contractual terms and issues.
Having closely collaborated with estate planning attorneys over many years, Gosia developed a comprehensive understanding of the aspects of estate planning and can offer a unique perspective for small business owners interested in succession planning and asset protection.
Gosia is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law. She started her legal career as a corporate associate in a large Connecticut firm, working with companies at all developmental stages and gaining extensive experience in commercial financings, banking, leasing, and intellectual property matters.
Gosia enjoys meeting business owners, leaders, and creatives who are passionate about their work.
She is vested in the community and provides pro bono counsel to nonprofit organizations. For many years, she had volunteered her time as a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She currently serves as legal counsel and a board member of The Choralis Foundation. As a passionate music lover who once played violin in chamber ensembles, she enjoys signing in a Washington area chorus.
